
This is the sixth year that Diagast has raised money for charity through its Fun Run, and this year it’s for Sport Without Borders.
Each year Sport Without Borders launches a challenge to all sports lovers – to form the Biggest Team in the World (click here to link to the team’s dedicated website).
On the 12 November 2008, as part of the Solidarity Games, the Sport Without Borders bus parked up at La Halle Carpentier in Paris. More than 120 young Parisians (7 – 12 years old) learnt about international solidarity, humanitarian issues and the work of Sport Without Borders.
A new journey between France and the Yucatan in Mexico. This event is not the usual transatlantic crossing, but an ethical challenge. Sport Without Borders wanted to support this approach in associating itself with this event. Each sponsor commits to a financial contribution to a charitable organization of up to 25,000 €.
More than a simple football tournament, each year the Danone Nations Cup allows thousands of children to”believe in their dreams” and to experience a unique environment of tolerance and brotherhood. In this spirit, Danone has supported Sport Without Borders by equipping all the 600 children with our orange laces.
September 2008 saw the 28th international Pro Stars basketball tournament, which has become the key event in the pre-season calendar, and the longest-running international tournament organised in France.

In April 2009 the French Lycée of Dusseldorf organised a sponsored cross-country race to buy sports material for the school and to finance sports projects within the school.
